In late 2018, we broke ground on New England Heritage Homes (NEHH), a new construction affordable home ownership development featuring 16 three-bedroom units located next to Talbot Avenue Station on the Fairmount Indigo line.

Half the units are for families earning 80 percent of area median income (AMI) and the other half are for families earning 100 percent of AMI.

We plan to sell to first-time homebuyers and are excited that these homes will incorporate energy efficient features, and be part of the fabric and uphold the principles of the Talbot- Norfolk Triangle Eco-Innovation District in which the development is located.

It is one of the transit-oriented projects developed by CSNDC that aligns with the principles of the Fairmount Indigo CDC Collaborative.

This property is being developed with the support of the Talbot-Norfolk-Triangle Neighbors United, the City of Boston, and several funders. Local minority-owned contractor One Way Construction is building the project.
