- Provide over 1,000 affordable rental units to offer safe, stable housing in Codman Square
- Small business technical assistance to help over 70 entrepreneurs start and grow businesses every year
- Tools to help individuals and families achieve financial security like financial coaching and first-time home buyer education – in 2025 alone we helped 21 residents become homeowners for the first time!
- Training and education to become advocates through our Resident Leadership Institute
- Programs like our Climate Justice Alliance to help advance environmental justice and sustainability
CSNDC is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, so contributions are tax deductible. As a Community Development Corporation, CSNDC also participates in the Community Investment Tax Credit Program (CITC). Donors who give $1000 or more may be eligible to receive a 50% Massachusetts tax credit.
