On April 3, 2025, CSNDC hosted a very successful Wellness and Wealth Building Fair at the Great Hall in Dorchester. Local organizations, the City of Boston and other vendors provided attendees with useful information on a variety of subjects, including:

- Mental and physical wellness
- Healthy homes, energy efficiency, elder services
- Home improvement
- Downpayment programs
