CSNDC’s Board of Directors is excited to announce the appointment of Dr. Ingrid Tucker as our Executive Director effective January 5, 2026.
Dr. Tucker brings with her decades of experience in building high-impact organizations across community development, education, and philanthropic ecosystems. Passionate about people, purpose, quantifiable and qualitative impact and outcomes, Ingrid is a spirited, equity-centered leader with expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, board and staff leadership development, and cross-sector partnerships.
Most recently, Ingrid served as both the CEO and former Deputy Director at Madison Park Development Corporation, a Boston-based community development corporation focused on real estate, economic development, and the arts. Before her transition to the community development sector, Ingrid held a noteworthy career in education as the Head of the Cambridge Montessori School, the President of Mother Caroline Academy and Education Center, and the Assistant Head of School at Beaver Country Day School.
Ingrid noted, “I am honored and inspired to join CSNDC, since I am passionate about community and economic development and am eager to build on the organization’s history and legacy and to succeed Gail Latimore who has been steadfastly committed for decades to Codman Square and its residents. This truly is a dream job for me, and I am eager to work with such a strong team of staff and partners to make meaningful community change happen.”
“Our Board and staff are excited to have Ingrid join our team. Her background, experience, and community engagement align perfectly with our mission, vision, and strategic objectives. Please join me in giving Ingrid a warm CSNDC welcome” said Maridena Rojas, CSNDC’s Board Chair.
Dr. Tucker holds a Doctorate of Education from Boston College, a Master of Public Administration from Clark Atlanta University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Ohio Wesleyan University. She notes that her senior year as an undergraduate was spent at Spelman College and this served as a pivotal experience that profoundly shaped her life and leadership perspective.
