John Kuppens, Executive Vice President of WinnResidential, has been a member of the WinnResidential team for 29 years. He currently oversees all aspects of property management operations for a portfolio of 139 properties comprised of 8,500 apartment homes spanning Winn’s Boston region. Mr. Kuppens oversees compliance and works with his developer clients on acquisitions, new development and refinancing.
Michelle Cazeau has been with First Republic Bank for over 5 years, managing CRA residential lending activities in the state of Massachusetts. Her primary focus includes the relationship development and partnership with numerous CDCs and Non-Profit Agencies that support home ownership for low to moderate income families.Our Honorees
