The Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation has a partnership with the Program Administrator who oversees Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center workforce development and opportunity pipeline.

BIDMC has an approximate 600 job openings with many of the starting salaries being between 17-20 dollars per hours (although some of the food service roles are a 15.25 per hour)  and have positions that reach 70K.

BIDMC also have significant per diem and part time work. They have an internal review and implementation process for internal career growth for existing employees and new hires are plugged in that system which includes education and training.

Also… This is not only for medical-related positions, but there are admin, food service, customer service & other job opportunities available…
